ADMISSION
Admission shall be carried out according to the procedures outlined by the Director of School Education, Chennai and the Board of Matriculation schools. The Principal shall be the authority to grant the right of admission according to the rules.
K.G. SECTION:
a.Children between the age of 2 years and three years shall be admitted in Pre K.G.
b.Children who have completed three years shall be eligible for admission in the L.K.G.
I to X STD:
AGE LIMIT:
Pupils admitted in Std I shall have completed five years as on on 31st July of that year. The Inspector of Matriculation Schools is authorized to relax the age limit in deserving cases on the recommendations of the principal in case of admission to Std II and above.
ENTRANCE TEST:
The pupils seeking for admission to std I to X shall get the application form and prospectus by paying prescribed fees and register their names.
An entrance test shall be conducted to judge the level of the pupils. From I std to V std the studnets who get 35% marks shall be given admission. From VI std to IX std students who get 50% marks shall be given admission. The students who seek admission for X std must get 60% marks.
TESTIMONIALS:
Transfer certificate: A pupil with a valid Transfer Certificate shall be admitted to the standard to which the Transfer Certificate declares him/her fit. The pupil shall not be placed in a class higher or lower. The certificate produced shall be in original. The Transfer certificate shall have been obtained only from a recognized school. It shall clearly State whether the pupil has been promoted or detained.
Birth Certificate:
Photo copy of the Birth Certificate shall be produced as age proof.
Community Certificate:
Photo copy of the Community Certificate shall be produced for reference and record.
Language:
The first language is English and the second language is Tamil.

The Candidates seeking admission shall register their names and get the application form and the prospectus by paying prescribed fees.
Groups will be allotted to the students according to their marks.
The candidates who fail in one or two subjects in X standard public examination can appear for the re examination which will be conducted by the board in the month of June and if they pass they shall be granted admission in the month of July.
Pupil from Other State:
Transfer Certificate received from other States shall bear the countersignature of the Inspecting Officers of the concerned State and in case of admission into standard IX these certificate shall be sent to the Inspector for evaluation
